This project is a material and spatial exploration that uses receipts not only as data, but as a way to create a semi-chaotic, yet intentional structure. Composed of my own receipts and donations from others, I wanted to play with the ideas of flow and accumulation. This installation represents the accumulated cost of daily life. The final figure of $5,368.58 is that of the sum of all the receipt totals.
